‍Return Policy:
As a service-based business, returns do not apply. Once a service has been provided, it is considered fulfilled and non-returnable.
‍Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel ongoing services or subscriptions in accordance with the terms stated in their contract. Any applicable fees or notice periods will be outlined in the agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Alan@mediajetmarketing.com via Email.

‍Service Agreement: Upon purchasing any service, clients enter into a binding agreement detailing deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
‍Intellectual Property: All materials, assets, strategies, and creative work developed by Media Jet Marketing for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. Until payment is received in full, Media Jet Marketing retains ownership of all deliverables and reserves the right to withhold, restrict usage, or revoke access to any unpaid work. If a client fails to meet payment obligations, Media Jet Marketing is not required to transfer ownership or grant usage rights for any work completed.
‍Payment Terms: Clients must complete payments as per the invoicing terms. Failure to do so may result in service suspension.
‍Liability Limitation: Media Jet Marketing provides advertising management and strategic consulting services; however, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, including return on ad spend (ROAS), revenue growth, or profitability. Clients acknowledge that digital advertising involves inherent risks, including fluctuations in market conditions, platform policy changes, and audience behavior, which are beyond our control.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Jet Marketing, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from or related to the use of our services. Clients assume full responsibility for their advertising investments, and Media Jet Marketing shall not be held liable for the financial performance of any campaign.By engaging with our services, clients expressly waive any claims against Media Jet Marketing related to performance.
