The outright goal of the campaign is outlined below, with increased revenue being the main motivator. There are several challenges that come with this, as the client is in a very competitive industry, with their target audience being one of the most fought after on all platforms by advertisers.
The main components of the campaign are outlined below. We started by building a customer journey map, and developed pieces of content to be delivered at the right time of the buying journey. The foundation was built on Social Media, creating our initial audience, and from there creating strong lookalike audiences on Facebook ads, sending the users to thoughtful landing pages, followed by a sequence of remarketing messages via Google display and Facebook remarketing ads. Over a 2 year period, this resulted in a 300% + increase in sales, with a dramatic decrease in CPA.
The end result (and currently evolving) is outlined below, with our client meeting 2020 revenue goals month over month, This was achieved by creating a strong connection with their customers, allowing them to have a long lasting relationship, ultimately increase sales and customer life time value.
