The Role:

As a Media Jet IT support, you will be responsible for ensuring all domains/subdomains are properly set up for each campaign, understand and manage shopify apps, and set up and manage marketing automations using tools like Zapier or similar.

| Expectations

• Set up, troubleshoot and manage domains and DNS settings

• Set up and manage marketing automation tools, as well as provide recommendations to improve current systems

• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions for client stores

| Responsibilities

• Ensure all internal and external website and landing pages are operating as well as troubleshooting issues

• Provide recommendations to better improve IT structures

• Support Media Jet Account Managing team for all IT/Webmaster for any issues and provide action plans in order to resolve

• Recommend and implement Shopify tools and apps to achieve marketing goals
